2. Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Will be deliver to USA/UK/EU 3-5 Days after payment.Generally,
it will take 7 to 10 days after receiving your payment. It will be
20-25 days for bulk order.The specific delivery time depends on the
items and the quantity of your order.
3. Q: Why Your batteries are a little cheaper then your competitor?
A: All of our custom 18650 batteries and custom lipo batteries are
made and assembled at our own factory, and there is no markup –you
are dealing with factory. The other reason is we are producing in
large volume,and thus can buy cheap material in some way, by
passing the value to our customers, we want to work closely with
you to get more market.
4. Q. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to
arrive?
A: The goods are generally shipped by Express Delivery
(UPS/DHL/TNT/FEDEX etc). and we can also ship the batteries by Air
Cargo or by sea. It takes 3-5 days by Express. And it will take
about 28 days by sea.
5. Q: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
