3. Q: How do you control your product quality.
A: We take ISO9001 quality system into our production and all the production are standardized under 7S. All the product are of traceability from the material input to finished products delivery, Inspection and testing are implement during the whole production steps. and the Comprehensive test will be taken before the delivery;

A: All of our battery cells with Grade A,100% new and real
capacity.
5. Q: What is your warranty?
A:We offer 2 years warranty for all our battery pack. All the KAYO products are insured by the Third Party PICC PROPERTY AND CASUALTY COMPANY LIMITED. the best service are assured
6. Q: What will You Do if we got damaged products when arrive?
A: We will replace new goods at our cost if the batteries are
damaged when arrive, no charges on your side, please contact us for
images of damage.
7. Q. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Generally we request no MOQ limit to support every project of our customers if the model battery is assembled with 18650 lithium Rechargeable battery. And if the model batteries are the custom-made Lithium Ion Polymer batteries, then it will depended by the battery power and it will generally be requiested with 3000 pcs per model.
8. Q: Can you produce the batteries as customized?
A: Of course, we have professional engineers that can give you the most suitable battery solutions according to your special requirements.
9. Q. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to
arrive?
A: The goods are generally shipped by Express Delivery
(UPS/DHL/TNT/FEDEX etc). and we can also ship the batteries by Air
Cargo or by sea. It takes 3-5 days by Express. And it will take
about 28 days by sea.
10.Q: What kinds of cells do you use for lithium battery?
A: We mainly use Samsung, Panasonic and cells for battery packs, and also some high quality Chinese cells are used, as they also have good performance and very good price.
