Working Principle:
TQL-FPM fiber transmission laser welding machine: Through fiber
transmission, laser generated by the laser device is collimated to
parallel light through collimating lens, and realizes welding
through focus lamp focusing on the workpiece.
Features:
Non-contact long-distance welding can weld the parts hard for
operator to access. Laser beam realizes light split in terms of
time and energy. Simultaneous processing and multi-station
processing of several beams meets processing demands and greatly
improves production efficiency. It is featured by good laser beam
quality, fine light spot, and flexible installation; output laser
waveform can be set freely and it can store 100 groups of waveform
data; closed-loop control of current; fiber transmission standard
configuration is one path, four paths at most; it splits light in
terms of time and energy; CCD monitoring system is optional;
equipped with outlay cooling water machine.
